Another one of my 30 minute high intensity interval classes – This time I’ve made a video of it because I thought that’d be more helpful than just text. I take you through all the exercises first, and then if you want to keep the video going, I take you through the workout, with a timer. You can also get the instructions on the exercises and go do the workout on your own!

Make sure to warm up dynamically for about 5 minutes first.
Dumbells (light to medium weight)
4 sets of 3 exercises, done twice. Round one we work for 20 seconds and rest for 10. Round two we work for a minute, rest for 20 seconds.
rd 1 – :20 work :10 rest
rd 2 – :60 work :20 rest
- predator jack – lunge twist – bear shoulder tap
- plank jack – 1-leg rdl – bird dog
- mtn. climber – reverse fly – woodchop
- bicycle – up-downs – tucks
